The 360 Sales Executive role is a dynamic and consultative role which involves working directly with the Sales Manager to identify, target, prospect and close new business across a designated territory. This is an outbound role which involves a 360° approach to the Firmex sales process, with a focus on growing the subscription book.


As our 360 Sales Executive, EMEA you will:
  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all assigned leads.
  • Prospect for new named accounts, meeting with set KPI’s and bookings targets.
  • Develop original ideas and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns focused on driving demand.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop a recurring book of business with a view to convert accounts into an annual subscription.
  • Conduct customer-focused sales presentations largely over web conference calls.
  • Make onsite sales calls on an opportunistic basis both in the UK and the EU.
  • Create and deliver quotations and presentations to prospects, and quarterback responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires and legal comments.

  • What you'll need to be successful as a 360 Sales Executive, EMEA:
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience - we are industry agnostic. 
  • Successful track record in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven ability to generate demand, build a sales pipeline, and close new business.
  • Strong ability to ask good questions, listen, and present compelling solutions.
  • Likes to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • High achievement orientation.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills.
