One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Software Engineer III in the United States.
In this role, you’ll join an Agile development team building high-impact, scalable SaaS solutions that power the freight and logistics industry. As a Software Engineer III, you’ll take ownership of the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust APIs and applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, proactively shaping team dynamics and influencing best practices. This role requires a deep technical foundation, a drive for clean and maintainable code, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain API endpoints and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and SQL
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing team communication and ensuring technical excellence
- Create and maintain technical documentation for both internal use and cross-team collaboration
- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, architecture, and team standards
- Optimize development workflows by enhancing tools, test coverage, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with other squads to resolve blockers and align on architecture decisions
- Take full ownership of code in production—including debugging, support, and iterative improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors like SASS
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and working knowledge of GraphQL
- Skilled in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
- Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
