Job Description

Overview 

As an Account Executive, you will own the sales cycle, engaging with C-suite and senior leaders in key strategic accounts to drive multi-service consulting, training, and licensing engagements.  

Your mission: build relationships, lead consultative sales, and close high-value enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do 

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships in key accounts. 
  • Engage with C-suite and senior executives to position Prosci as the go-to partner for enterprise change capability. 
  • Lead complex sales cycles, crafting tailored solutions across consulting, training, and licensing. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic account plans and ensure client success. 
  • Represent Prosci at industry events, tradeshows, and high-impact client meetings. 
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to maximize pipeline efficiency.

What You Bring 

  • 6+ years of consultative sales experience (10+ preferred) in professional services, advisory/consulting, or enterprise solutions. 
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close at the senior executive level. 
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. 
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills. 
  • Experience navigating CRM and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo). 
  • Background in change management or digital transformation is a plus.

Additional Information 

Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 20% travel for client meetings and internal team meetings. 

Work Location: Remote within Canada.  

Compensation: Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions.
