About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in our core technology stack: PHP, Laravel, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and Vue.js. This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work remotely combined with occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features across the platform (backend & frontend).
• Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP 8.x, Laravel 10+, and Vue.js.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas to support growth and performance.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication with external platforms and services.
• Integrate and collaborate with AI agents and services to automate and enhance platform capabilities.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Review and merge pull requests, mentor junior developers, and maintain code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
• Participate in planning sessions and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack.
• Continuously refine existing features and contribute to new innovations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with:
• PHP 8.2 and the Laravel framework.
• PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance tuning).
• Docker (local development and deployment containers).
• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, basic infrastructure setup).
• Vue.js (component architecture, state management).
• Experience leading development across both frontend and backend aspects of a project.
• Experience with API creation and third-party platform integrations.
• Exposure to AI tools or agent integrations (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, agent orchestration, or similar).
• Strong understanding of RESTful architecture, Git, and web security best practices.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of features from idea to deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and related tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Past involvement in large-scale platform projects – please include a brief portfolio or case study that highlights your role, the challenges, and the outcomes.
• Ability to architect scalable, maintainable codebases.
• Experience with testing (PHPUnit, browser-based testing, etc.).
• Exposure to additional frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Sentry, CloudWatch).
