One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - EDR (Ruby/Rails) in the United States.

In this fully remote role, you'll join a high-impact engineering team working on a mission-critical Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platform. You’ll own full-cycle development of scalable features across backend and frontend systems, contributing to a product suite that supports cybersecurity at scale. This position involves end-to-end responsibility—from design to release—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. Accountabilities:

  • Own and deliver high-impact projects across the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Ruby on Rails with a strong focus on best practices
  • Work across the stack, including frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with team members on technical solutions and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical leadership across the team
  • Break down complex requirements into clear development milestones
  • Drive innovation and positive communication within the team and broader organization

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Ruby on Rails
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS, and familiarity with REST APIs
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Solid background in Linux-based development environments
  • Skilled at problem-solving, debugging, and code reviewing
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Stimulus, Turbo, or Hotwire is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
