One of our companies is currently looking for a Financial Analyst in the USA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact Finance team supporting a fast-growing, innovative SaaS business. In this role, you will be deeply involved in financial reporting, planning, and analysis with a strong focus on top-line performance, sales metrics, and operating expenses. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to ensure financial transparency, optimize business processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited for a dynamic, data-driven professional looking to drive efficiency and profitability in a rapidly scaling environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Report and analyze sales data including revenue, pipeline performance, sales capacity, and key KPIs.
  • Manage forecasting and variance analysis for top-line metrics such as ACV Bookings, ARR, and Revenue.
  • Monitor and track operating expenses, ensuring budget alignment and performance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support revenue forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for internal stakeholders including monthly and quarterly summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting processes and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Strong modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL (including Window Functions).
  • Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning and Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable format.
  • High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
