Join us where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based services. In particular, you will take part in the following activities:

  • We are eager to identify a proactive manager who can initiate a program and potentially expand the team in the future.
  • Lead the design and development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications. 
  • Conduct various types of testing including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing. 
  • Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to review software design, architecture, and code changes from a quality assurance perspective. 
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices to improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and software quality. 
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing leadership on testing progress, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements. 
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect tracking, and test coverage analysis. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance. 

Requirements

The candidates are expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in automated testing and test automation frameworks. The candidate must be a resident in the US.

The successful candidate are expected to have:

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing tests in E2E frameworks (Cypress). 
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Capable of writing integration tests in either JavaScript, GoLang, Javascript. 
  • Architecture and design of testing frameworks for web-based visualization applications. 
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and GoLang is beneficial. 
  • Knowledge and applications of software life-cycle CI/CD tools and procedures. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive solutions. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to stakeholders. 
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
  • Teamwork: working well in groups; taking initiative to take part in team activities in pursuit of team goals. Balance of personal and team goals. 
  • Problem-solving: capable of taking a complex task and breaking it into smaller manageable tasks. Identifying and managing priorities on these tasks. 
  • Managing Self: taking initiative beyond regular tasks. Working well autonomously.
