One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Manager I in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping clients succeed. In this role, you will guide clients in optimizing their website and marketing strategies through regular performance check-ins, training sessions, and webinars. You'll educate users on SEO and digital marketing best practices while identifying growth opportunities and supporting broader client engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in marketing, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering value through customer relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct strategy calls and performance check-ins to support clients in optimizing their digital presence.
  • Educate clients on SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing tactics to drive engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor user behavior to proactively identify opportunities for upsells or improved platform usage.
  • Facilitate handoffs to the sales team for expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services and revisions.
  • Co-lead webinars and create educational materials to increase product adoption across client segments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, media campaign management, or creative operations.
  • At least 1 year in a Customer Success or other client-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid media strategies.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client interactions in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest or background in the real estate industry is a strong plus.
