Job Role: Sales Development Representative

Full Time: Independent Contractor

Salary Budget: $ 1200 - $ 1800 AUD

Born in the cloud we want to help our clients by following a doctrine of implementing best business strategies, minimising tax & compliance, creating a healthy finance function while employing state of the art technology.


Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective eCommerce clients seeking strategic financial guidance. Working closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), your main goal is to drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality meetings — helping BDMs reach 80 meetings per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Schedule meetings and demos for BDMs with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role
  • Must be currently residing in Cebu, Philippines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
