Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Provide accurate product information and support to enhance the customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in our support system for review and training purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with product developments and updates to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in customer service or a support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
