Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service through chat, email, and phone to our valued Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Resolve queries and concerns with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Guide customers in navigating our products and services, enhancing their gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain an outstanding level of service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help shape better service experiences.
  • Participate in engaging training sessions to boost both your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus!
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar environment is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Excited to relocate to Malta and dive into a vibrant culture.
