Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through chat, email, and phone communication.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to continually enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and a solid command of English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering quality customer care.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture.
- A keen interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
