As a vital member of our support team, you will assist Norwegian-speaking players, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

Your role as a Customer Support Agent includes addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing informative guidance across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Norwegian-speaking clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
  • A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming sector is a significant advantage.
