Your role as a Customer Support Agent includes addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing informative guidance across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards.
- Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
- A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming sector is a significant advantage.
