Role Description
Bizrate Insights is looking for a Sales Director to join our newly formed Sales team. This person will be a player/coach, starting as an individual contributor and later building the department, all while working closely with internal teams.

Identify white spaces and create target lists

Work with Marketing to help develop outreach strategies

Own your territory by creating and closing net new opportunities

Measure success by new revenue, overall client adoption & logos delivered

Apply strong solution-selling skills and extensive sales experience

Build and cultivate strategies and tactics that drive maximum performance across the entire sales cycle

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and provide solutions that clients need

Hire and build a sales team based on the processes you define
Qualifications
-
7+ years of high performance with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions; SaaS, market research, customer feedback, and insights experience are a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered

Experienced with both Enterprise and Transactional sales, including running deals across multiple internal stakeholders/departments

Professional client-facing skills; polished, articulate & credible when communicating with clients

A true solution seller with a burning desire to uncover and understand client’s problems
-
A creative and curious mind that leverages creative problem-solving skills
-
A proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the ‘C’ level
-
Experience and deep understanding of ecommerce, retail, CPG, and/or SaaS solutions

Strong technical skills with sales tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Gong, Salesforce, and Hubspot

Drive the entire sales cycle from inception to close, for both yourself and your team

Be a hunter by discovering and fostering your own leads, utilizing online and offline resources

Reach key decision-makers in order to sell Bizrate’s mission, platform, and solutions

Complete outbound sales outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person connections across multiple verticals

Proactively maintain your pipeline via Salesforce

Achieve and exceed sales goals

Drive net new logo acquisition

Build and manage a growing sales team
