Job Description
Weights & Biases is looking for a highly organized and proactive Enablement Program Manager to support the execution of enablement programs across our Revenue organization. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, content, and tools. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement leadership to ensure learning materials are delivered on time, content is up to date, and training programs run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting and educating high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
With guidance from Enablement leadership, drive onboarding programs for new hires, scheduling trainings and tracking course completionCoordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for training sessions and workshopsManage, maintain and regularly audit our enablement content library (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are current, relevant, and easily accessiblePartner with Enablement leadership to build learning paths and track progress and completionWork closely with enablement, sales leadership, and product marketing to uplevel existing onboarding and product proficiency programsAssist in gathering feedback from stakeholders and participants to improve programs over timeHelp develop slide decks, enablement materials, and internal communications for trainings and launchesTrack key program metrics and support reporting efforts to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvementExperience
Experience in enablement, sales/sales development, or program/project coordinationStrong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience collaborating cross-functionally and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholder groupsComprehension of B2B SaaS sales cycle and seller needsComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentProficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM and enablement tools (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp, etc.)
