Job Description
We are actively seeking a Mid-Level and a Senior-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on a complex and mission-critical system. This role requires proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive tasks and adapt quickly to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
- Structure and lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.
- Integrate systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications, including message brokers like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
- Develop and evolve high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews.
- Manage relational and NoSQL databases, specifically MSSQL/Oracle and MongoDB.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices design patterns (DDD).
- Proficient in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS platforms.
- Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Differentials:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and the Camunda framework is a plus.
