What you will do:
  • Be a bridge between business and technology - you'll dive deep into business needs, understand processes, find improvement opportunities, and translate them into impactful solutions
  • Become the Zowie AI product expert - capable of finding non-obvious ways of achieving customers' objectives
  • Lead advanced product configuration as well as customer onboarding and implementation projects
  • Work with customers’ technical teams to implement dedicated integrations with their systems
  • Work with our Customer Success Team to improve Zowie’s business value to existing customers

  • Ideally, you’ll bring with you:
  • A customer-first attitude
  • Great communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple terms
  • Proven experience in business processing mapping and working with senior stakeholders in large organizations
  • Ability to understand JS and write simple scripts
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • High proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Excitement about the power of AI tools
  • High degree of ownership and autonomy

  • Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP web services, etc.)
