One of our companies is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (Ohio Valley) in the United States.

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales efforts across the Ohio Valley region. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and is passionate about cybersecurity solutions. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build strong relationships with enterprise customers, and consistently exceed revenue goals. Your expertise in managing complex sales cycles and engaging with executive stakeholders will be key to success. Accountabilities:

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales within the assigned territory, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to support client success and pipeline growth.
  • Expand presence within existing accounts and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account records within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate value propositions clearly at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
  • Highly self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset and passion for technology innovation.
  • Based in or with strong knowledge of the Ohio Valley region; able to travel as needed.
