Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support and scale our sales team’s performance. You’ll be central to reporting, tooling, and process optimization, working closely with other Sales members and cross-functional stakeholders. If you have a strong grasp of the sales funnel, enjoy diving into data, and thrive in fast-changing environments, this role is for you!


⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Ownership of the creation and analysis of sales reports to provide performance insights and guide decision-making.
  • Track and monitor key funnel metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversions, pipeline velocity, and lead stage effectiveness.
  • Proactively collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives within the Sales team and support them on continuous improvement.
  • Assist with monthly sales meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and performance updates.
  • Support the rollout of new tools and systems (e.g., chat widgets, scripts, demo templates), helping with implementation, feedback, and iteration.
  • Ensure accurate data hygiene and process flow within HubSpot, maintaining seamless tracking and reporting.

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or any other related role.
  • Strong Excel skills — comfortable using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and organizing datasets.
  • Understanding of how a sales funnel works, including inbound/outbound flows and overall sales stages.
  • Familiarity with key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates, and ability to interpret and act on them.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
