One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Engineer II in Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and business-savvy professional to join a leading cybersecurity company supporting enterprise clients in the DACH region. In this role, you'll collaborate with account teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges, manage proof-of-value engagements, and drive successful customer onboarding. You'll play a key part in aligning advanced technology solutions with customer needs, delivering impactful demos, and building long-term relationships. This is a high-impact position that combines technical acumen, analytical skills, and client-facing experience to help organizations better manage risk and cyber threats.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to identify client needs and deliver technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Plan and lead detailed proof-of-value engagements, aligning use cases to customer requirements.
  • Deliver customized demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Address complex operational and analytical challenges to support customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Travel across the DACH region as needed (up to 40%) to engage with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales engineering, consulting, or technical role focused on cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge in areas such as SIEM, DFIR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or threat hunting.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Background in analytical or intelligence-focused environments such as cybersecurity, military, or business ops.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport, including delivering compelling demos and leading POCs.
  • Proficiency in both English and German at a business level is required.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence concepts is an advantage.
