One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in India.
This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of research, design, and strategy. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for solving complex UX problems and crafting data-rich, intuitive interfaces that drive value for users. You’ll own projects from discovery through to high-fidelity implementation and will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for analytics platforms, a passion for understanding user needs, and the ability to turn insight into elegant product experiences. This is a fully remote position based in India, with some overlap required with U.S. business hours.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end design efforts from research and discovery through to high-fidelity execution.
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for data-rich platforms, including dashboards and visualizations.
- Conduct user research to understand personas, identify usability issues, and inform design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate solutions quickly and iteratively.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet user needs.
- Shape the overall UX strategy by synthesizing user insights and aligning product vision with customer value.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly data or analytics applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design for complex data interfaces and visualizations.
- Excellent user research and usability testing skills, with a user-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools; experience with AI-assisted tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, startup environment.
- Willingness to work between 12:30pm – 9:30pm IST at least 3 days per week.
