Aledade is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) to lead the development and management of key partnerships with healthcare associations, channel partners, and other collaborators to drive the adoption of value-based care. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and expand our reach, particularly with independent primary care practices and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Network Development, and Market Leadership, to create and implement partnership strategies that align with Aledade’s growth objectives. Primary Duties:
Identify, Negotiate, and Manage the full life cycle of strategic partnerships to drive strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness and thought leadership in alignment with Aledade’s Growth KPIs.“Quarterback” our team of Marketing, Network Development, and Market Leadership to successfully execute on partnership deliverables.Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive partnership plans for strategic partners, ensuring their successful execution. Establish ROI metrics, provide regular performance reporting, and analyze partnership effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.Drive partnership agreements through the legal review process to ensure timely execution, and develop financial analyses and business cases to secure budget approval for partnership initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare partnerships, strategic alliances, or related rolesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferredPreferred KSA's:
Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, value-based care models, and primary care/FQHC market segmentsExperience successfully engaging and influencing C-suiteProven track record in successful partnership development, proposal creation, stakeholder management, and strategy executionProficiency in SalesforceExperience in managing and delivering strategic plans from inception to deploymentExperience with analyzing data and data-driven decision makingAbility to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externallyAbility to manage ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and scale solutions effectively across a large and highly distributed organizationAbility to operate effectively in a fast paced start up environment and build trusted, productive relationships internally and externallyExceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
