What You'll Be Doing

We’re building a cloud-native platform for engineering teams working on the edge of what's possible — from next-gen radiotherapy machines to single-pilot avionics, AI submarines to lunar landers. Many of our customers are household names — you’ve probably heard of them. You’ll help us:

• Design and implement new full-stack capabilities
• Integrate with tools used by real engineers solving hard, real-world problems
• Improve and evolve our architecture
• Shape the product by working closely with design, product, leadership, and customers

You’ll demo your work regularly. You’ll be expected to bring your brain — not just your hands — to everything you do. You’ll be encouraged to ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and offer better ideas.

The Kinds of Problems You’ll Work On

• How do you ensure security and performance at scale in a cloud-native microservice architecture?
• What’s the best way to design a system that supports both edge computing and centralized analysis?
• How do you build software that’s powerful for experts but intuitive for newcomers?

What You Know

You don’t need to have everything on this list, but the more the better:

• 3+ years of experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
• Solid backend chops in .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Cosmos DB)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular 16+, React, or similar)
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices
• Security-minded development practices

Bonus points for:

• Azure certifications
• Building CLI tools
• Experience with LLMs / AI
• Kubernetes and OpenID Connect experience
