We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our enterprise sales team.
The role is based in the Netherlands. This is a remote position - you can join our team from anywhere in the Netherlands.

The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within enterprise-level organizations. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a crucial role in our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate qualified leads
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts
- Create personalized outreach strategies for each prospect based on their industry, pain points, and business needs
- Qualify opportunities based on our BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Enterprise Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection

About the interview process

- A 30 minutes behavioral based interview with the hiring manager
