One of our companies is currently looking for a Motion Designer in Brazil.

As a Motion Designer, you will work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to create high-quality motion graphics and animations that showcase product features, workflows, and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for designing animations for virtual lobbies, real-time features, and apps. Your work will help demonstrate product functionality in engaging and visually compelling ways, ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines and platform-specific requirements.

Accountabilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing, social media, and product showcases.
• Develop animations to demonstrate product features and workflows effectively.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to create compelling videos tailored to clients' needs.
• Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and meet platform-specific requirements.
• Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and animation techniques to continuously improve content quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or a related field, with a focus on UI animation for product demos.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Figma and UI animation tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and product demo videos.
• Ability to conceptualize engaging visual content that highlights product functionality.
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to feedback effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
