One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Head of Sales - ERP in the United States.

This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced sales leader with a strategic mindset to drive growth and revenue in the ERP sector. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, developing innovative sales strategies, and establishing a strong presence in new markets. The role requires a focus on creating and executing a comprehensive sales plan, managing key accounts, and negotiating high-value deals. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have a direct impact on the company's growth trajectory and profitability.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy focused on enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and negotiating complex deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting and technical staff, to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives and guide the sales team in entering new markets and verticals.
  • Regularly assess and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a focus on ERP or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong track record of scaling sales teams and managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Expertise in developing sales strategies and managing complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-value contracts and closing large deals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in ERP sales and implementation is highly desirable.
