One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Success Architect in the United States.

As a Client Success Architect, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and success of the company’s products and services among its partners and clients. You will be responsible for providing in-depth technical support, training, and strategic guidance to partners to ensure they achieve maximum value from the solutions offered. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with internal teams and partners to enhance the overall partner experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous improvement in partner health. Your strong technical proficiency and ability to engage with customers will be vital to the success of this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Enhance partner health by driving product adoption and ensuring effective penetration of endpoints.
  • Provide technical engagement and training to partners, helping them utilize the product suite effectively within their business context.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (GTM, Product) to support strategic partner engagements and create documentation for improved partner experiences.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, creating efficient documentation and process flows to streamline these experiences.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and systems integrations to provide optimal support to partners.
  • Craft monthly partner reviews to assess customer health, track value delivery, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Track activity and performance metrics using tools like ChurnZero, ensuring continuous improvement in KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing and technical role.
  • High technical proficiency with product suites and platforms.
  • Experience with Zendesk, ChurnZero, HubSpot, or similar software.
  • Proven success in driving customer engagement and delivering value to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with clients in the cybersecurity or security landscape.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
