We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Engineering Lead to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build and scale exceptional user experiences. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the frontend architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring fellow engineers. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering clean, scalable, and performant code.

Requirements

Our Tech Stack:
Frontend: React, Redux, Node.js
Backend: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Terraform

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement and contribute to core product features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on quality and performance.
• Translate design specifications into responsive, pixel-perfect, and cross-browser compatible UIs.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing (including Cypress), and continuous integration.
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature development and proactively communicate progress and blockers.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, team syncs, and regular 1:1s with your manager.
• Foster a collaborative team culture by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your development workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 3–4 years in a senior capacity building scalable web applications.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and building reusable components.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience with writing meaningful automated tests using Cypress.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong sense of UX, performance, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated ability to own features from concept to release.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for tasks like code generation, debugging, or optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
