The Role: Client Ops Engineer
We're seeking a Client Ops Engineer to manage client operations and streamline processes, working closely as part of our client success team. You will be pivotal in troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Client Success Managers: Ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- AI Specialists: Integrating AI tools with client operations for optimal results.
- Operations Team: Refining internal processes and workflows for improved service delivery.
Day-to-Day Expectations
Here's how you can expect to spend your time each week:
50% – Client Operations: Manage and streamline client operations, ensuring efficiency.
20% – Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
15% – Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
10% – Collaboration: Work with team members to align operational strategies.
5% – Reporting: Prepare reports on client performance metrics and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Skills Needed
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI tools and ability to integrate them with client systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Client Management: Experience managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effectively liaising with team members and clients.
