At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-stack Developer (ROR/Angular) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of dynamic web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails and Angular. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and enhance user experience. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring that our solutions are scalable, efficient, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.
Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate on client-side architecture and integration with the back-end.
Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data integration.
Create and manage AWS and Lambda Functions for cloud-based solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and AWS.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with TypeScript for developing robust, scalable front-end applications.
Familiarity with Python and Go for potential integration tasks and microservices.
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
