One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of Product Management in the United States.

As the Head of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and managing the product lifecycle for a growing suite of SEO tools. Working closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams, you will define product roadmaps, oversee execution, and ensure market alignment. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, where you’ll drive product decisions, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and continuously refine product offerings based on customer needs and market insights. This is a key position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about driving product success.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy across the company’s product suite.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery of product features.
• Align product development efforts with business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine product messaging and positioning, optimizing customer acquisition strategies.
• Set and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of ownership and innovation within the product team, encouraging collaboration and idea-sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
• Strong understanding of both technology and product management principles.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams, particularly in B2B or SaaS products.
• Deep knowledge of product marketing, including effective positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage product roadmaps.
• Hands-on mentality, comfortable diving into product details while also thinking strategically.
• Experience in startup environments or high-growth companies is a plus.
