One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Owner (German Speaker) in Spain.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy, managing the product backlog, and driving the development of innovative features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders and your agile team to prioritize initiatives, deliver MVPs, and iterate on product features based on user feedback and market needs. Your ability to communicate the product roadmap clearly and inspire both your team and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the agile team to develop micro MVPs and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the development of high-quality product features.
  • Facilitate agile rituals and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.
  • Collect requirements, conduct user research, and analyze market needs to inform product decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and releases clearly to both the team and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of feedback, openness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
  • Proven track record in shipping successful products, including managing backlogs, defining strategies, and driving product roadmaps.
  • Strong experience working in an Agile environment and utilizing scrum methodology.
  • Ability to articulate and test product hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German, with proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
  • Technical knowledge or experience is a plus.
