Location: Remote or Hybrid in our Colindale office
Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.15am and 5.45pm Monday to Saturday.
Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus
Start Date: 19th May 2025 or 16th June 2025

Meet call handling KPIS such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence
