Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and manage project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against timelines and adjusting as necessary.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review status, discuss challenges, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Report on project performance, providing clear and concise updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the distribution or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of IT systems and software development processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
