AWS Development Lead

Workstate seeks an AWS Development Lead to join our innovative team! In this leadership role, you will drive the design and development of scalable cloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in AWS technologies. We are looking for a leader who can engage clients, guide cross-functional teams, and enhance project performance through a strong technical foundation. You will be responsible for setting the standards for solutions architecture and delivery quality while promoting best practices within your team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:
- Proven experience as a Development Lead or similar role in cloud-based projects, primarily using AWS
- Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
- Experience managing development teams and driving the Agile process
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
