One of our companies is currently looking for an Information Security Engineer in Worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security measures to protect systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with various project teams to ensure secure workflows and systems, while developing technical solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in security, a hands-on approach, and a passion for continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.

Accountabilities:

  • Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures for applications, infrastructure, and networks, including WAF, DDoS, DNS, VPN, and other security tools.
  • Work with project teams to build secure workflows and processes for the company’s services.
  • Develop and enforce security standards, best practices, and protocols across the organization.
  • Conduct internal and external security tests/audits on systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Write detailed reports on security assessments, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on security, software, hardware, or infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or in a relevant position.
  • Proficient in basic coding skills such as HTML, CSS, Shell Script, Python, or similar languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of database and operating system security.
  • Ability to identify and resolve web-based security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 and beyond).
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies, including OAuth, SAML, OTP/TOTP.
  • Experience with standard web application security tools (e.g., BurpSuite, Arachni).
  • Strong understanding of network security technologies and security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, etc.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
