One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect in United States.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ECAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design) and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding customers’ technical requirements and defining how Altium’s enterprise solutions can align with their business goals. The role combines technical prowess with excellent communication skills, as you will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth presales engagements and successful deployments. Your expertise in the EDA (Electronic Design Automation) industry will be crucial in driving customer success and shaping the adoption of Altium’s solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to understand customer needs and define technical strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct Discovery calls to assess the customer environment, business challenges, and technical needs.
  • Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers during the presales phase, ensuring smooth transitions to the deployment stage.
  • Work closely with deployment teams to address technical issues and help remove roadblocks to customer success.
  • Provide clear communication on the value of Altium’s solutions, tailoring your approach to each customer’s unique requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive adoption, providing guidance and best practices for ongoing success.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to remain a trusted advisor to your customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ECAD presales, customer success, or client-facing roles within the EDA (Electronic Design Automation) industry.
  • Strong experience with ECAD tools, including schematic and PCB design, PLM integration, MCAD collaboration, and project data management.
  • Ability to understand business needs and align ECAD strategies to meet those goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers at both the business and technical levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team and matrix-managed environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet with customers.
