Whizz is reshaping urban mobility for the delivery workforce. We provide high-performance e-bikes through flexible subscriptions, helping gig workers maximize efficiency and earnings. Backed by top investors and growing fast, we’re expanding nationwide, launching new partnerships, and streamlining complex operations.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-moving team and own cross-functional, high-impact projects across the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to turn ideas into action, and loves solving complex problems.

You’ll work directly with one of our founders and collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to build scalable systems, launch new initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

• Take full ownership of company-wide projects — define goals, build plans from scratch, and lead execution across teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, collaborating closely with the development team to scope and prioritize tech improvements.
• Analyze data, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and measure project outcomes.
• Roll up your sleeves — whether it’s running a live pilot, implementing a manual MVP, or digging into messy data.
• Balance strategy and execution, connecting the dots between ideas, processes, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset — you’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity where none exists.
• Highly analytical and data-driven — you use metrics to drive decisions and prioritize effectively.
• Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable collaborating with engineers and spotting automation opportunities (no coding required).
• Comfortable working across both digital platforms and real-world logistics
