Our client is a growing U.S.-based franchise brand with 15 locations—and they're on track to double that number in the next 12 months. As they scale, they're bringing key marketing functions in-house to improve speed, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Their vision is to create a high-performing internal marketing team that functions like a mini creative agency serving their franchisees—starting with you.
About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong startup background and a lead generation mindset. This role is crucial in driving both franchisee marketing and new franchise acquisition through organic and paid digital strategies. The ideal candidate is not afraid to take on sales-oriented marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with all marketing channels, CRM automation, and customer segmentation.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and franchise growth.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for franchisees and new franchise leads.
- Implement and optimize CRM and automation tools (Go High Level preferred, HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Lead organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and potentially TikTok.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve ad targeting and conversion.
- Collaborate on content creation (including book marketing, podcast promotion, and YouTube strategies) to enhance brand visibility.
- Experiment with new digital marketing tactics to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Build and manage a growing marketing team as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with at least one year of experience working in the US market.
- Advanced English Level (C1, C2)
- Proven experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid social media ads, and lead generation.
- CRM experience required (Go High Level preferred; HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, and sales funnels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
