Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of production for multiple projects.
• Develop and manage production schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate between departments including creative, technical, and logistical teams.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all production stages.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues as they arise.
• Hire and manage crew members, including freelance and temporary staff.
• Handle contractual agreements and negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the film or media industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in production management software and budgeting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
