One of our companies is currently looking for an Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) in United States.

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales), you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by acting as the primary technical point of contact for prospective customers. Your expertise will help prospects understand how our solutions fit their business needs and technical landscape, guiding them through the pre-sales process and assisting in closing deals. You will work closely with account executives and sales managers to drive successful outcomes and ensure smooth transitions from sales to post-sales teams, offering valuable insights and feedback to shape the sales and product strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the sales team by engaging with prospective customers, conducting discovery calls, and demonstrating the value of the solution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed demos, answering technical questions, and overcoming objections to help close deals.
  • Collaborate with account executives to drive sales objectives, providing technical support and insights throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partner with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding, ensuring customer objectives are clearly communicated.
  • Provide feedback on processes and products to improve the sales motion and customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a solution selling or similar technical role, with the ability to articulate the value of software solutions.
  • Strong discovery and problem-solving skills, able to lead conversations and uncover customer pain points and needs.
  • Knowledge of software integration principles and a strong solutioning mindset to align customer needs with the solution.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Familiarity with key software applications such as NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Jira, and ServiceNow is a plus.
