Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and understand their needs to determine fit with our solutions.
  • Maintain and update candidate lead database consistently using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales executives to set appointments and facilitate transition of qualified leads.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and outreach campaigns to improve lead acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on events and campaigns that boost lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in sales outbound or a similar role is preferred.
  • Has done good number of closures and can do cold calling everyday
  • Understand the Luxurious products like E-Class, S-Class cars
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Has work experience in both B2B and B2C and has high network reach
  • Experience working with UK/US business hours
  • Preferred someone from Hospitality/travel/automotive industry experience
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
