One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate HR Business Partner in the United States.

This role will focus on providing strategic HR support to both employees and leaders within the R&D organization. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that promote talent engagement, development, and retention. Accountabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, enhancing leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and manage people programs, including talent planning, organizational design, diversity initiatives, mentorship, and change management.
  • Support equitable and scalable performance management practices, addressing employee relations issues with respect and proactivity.
  • Monitor employee engagement and advocate for changes that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development department to design training programs tailored to the needs of the R&D team.
  • Use employee feedback and data to enhance engagement activities and improve retention.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Specialist with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing and delivering scalable people programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, with an ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using data to inform HR decisions, with the ability to interpret and present findings.
  • A BA/BS degree is preferred.
