One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Engineer in India.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, effectively demonstrating the value of the company’s products, and ensuring that potential clients understand the technical features and benefits of the solutions offered. You'll work closely with sales teams and clients to uncover business needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist with product evaluation to drive adoption and customer success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead technical discussions with potential clients, providing in-depth product knowledge and demonstrating how the solutions meet business requirements.
- Perform product demonstrations and engage with client technology teams to clarify requirements and address technical questions during the sales cycle.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business models, provide technical support during the evaluation period, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Manage and maintain lab environments to conduct testing and proof-of-concept setups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and support, to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide feedback on competitor products, market trends, and customer requirements to guide product marketing and roadmap development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in networking, firewall management, vulnerability risk assessment, or similar technologies.
- Strong expertise in network security and firewall management technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet).
- Proven ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a “get it done” attitude and the ability to overcome technical hurdles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
