Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce Service Cloud applications in a diverse, international environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud features, ensuring effective service delivery and improved customer experiences. This position involves working very close to an American client. It is extremely important to be comfortable with the English language, as the entire selection process and day-to-day activities will be 100% in English.

Responsibilities
-Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including managing cases, queues, and service processes.
-Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to automate processes and enhance service delivery.
-Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
-Manage user access, roles, and profiles, ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices.
-Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of Service Cloud functionalities.
-Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement.

Requirements
-Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities.
-Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder for process automation.
-Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
-Experience with report and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
-Familiarity with user management and data management best practices in Salesforce.
-Experience with version control systems such as GitHub/Gearset
-English - Fluent.
