What your day could consist of:
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, data engineering, BI, etc.)Lead technical design discussion for new features or enhancementsDesign and implement features and functionality with critical technical skillsWork closely with product and engineering managers to translate requirements into technical specificationsReview code from teammates, providing constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtimeMentor junior developers through pair programming and technical guidanceDocument technical decisions and implementations for future reference and knowledge sharingYou are a strong fit if:

5+ years Ruby on Rails experience1+ years of Typescript and ReactYou have have mastery of Ruby on Rails, paradigms, patterns, and toolingYou have experience with MySQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and SQSYou have built and maintained large, highly-reliable monolithic applicationsYou have shipped large features at scale with the testing behind it to ship confidentlyYou have shipped complex, well designed REST APIs to customers at scaleYou have built highly-observable systems based on quality metrics and telemetryYou have experience writing and maintaining custom GemsYou have worked in distributed systems on cloud infrastructure
