Project Manager - Hybrid working in Malaga
YanTech Associates have partnered with a leading technical consultancy in Spain who are searching for an experienced Project Manager/Proxy Product Owner with a strong background in banking Back Office projects, particularly in Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a squad of 18, managing requirements and facilitating Agile development.
- Participate in defining the bank's multi-year investment strategy for the Receivables product.
- Propose technological and operational solutions, estimating project costs and identifying necessary resources.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across Operations, Business, and Technology.
- Oversee the operational and technological transformation of the product, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience with internal bank teams (IG, ACO, Accounting, Back Office, Reporting).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Back Office systems (LoanIQ preferred) and Supply Chain Finance products is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial concepts, credit risks, payment methods, and accounting will be advantageous.
