Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Craft and manage detailed project roadmaps, defining objectives, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring every digital initiative aligns with Risen-Roll's broader business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub for collaboration, guiding a team of designers, developers, marketers, and business leaders to execute seamless project delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent and consistent updates, managing expectations, and making sure everyone stays aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Oversight: Track project health and progress, ensuring every deliverable meets Risen-Roll's rigorous quality standards, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges swiftly.
• Performance Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital projects, extract actionable insights, and recommend adjustments to enhance outcomes.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience leading digital projects in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that showcases successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.
• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project), content management systems, web technologies, SEO strategies, and a strong understanding of digital ecosystems.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to assess project data, generate insights, and make informed decisions that drive project performance.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and clients at all levels.
• Certifications (Bonus): Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are highly valued.
