Account specific roles & responsibilities

• Direct and manage the remote team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. 
• Oversee task planning and execution using sprint-based methodologies. 
• Engage with partner companies to confirm requirements and provide progress updates. 
• Lead projects through all phases, proactively resolving barriers to success. 
• Contribute hands-on effort to project tasks as required, beyond supervisory duties. \
• Offer technical insight and support leveraging expertise in Python. 
• Guarantee data accuracy and integrity across all project deliverables

Requirements

• 2+ years managing programming teams, specifically remote teams
• Proven track record with sprint-based projects (Agile/Scrum). 
• Strong understanding of Python and Excel. 
• Experience with database management, Power BI, data security, or Azure is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI, data loading, or Power Query/DAX. 
• Knowledgeable with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Able to work from home – anywhere in the Philippines
• Schedule of work: can be discussed with hiring manager
