Senior Security Engineer

At Jane, we believe security is a team sport—and we’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer who’s excited to collaborate, solve real-world problems, and help scale security through empathy, curiosity, and great engineering.

In this role, you’ll work alongside product, engineering, infrastructure, and a cross-functional security team that includes specialists in application security, red teaming, enterprise security, and a growing Security Champions Program. Your focus will be on integrating security into how we build software—from shaping feature designs and improving developer workflows, to guiding threat modeling and driving smart, scalable security improvements.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys influencing through relationships over authority, building security tools that make developers' lives easier, and contributing to a culture where security is seen as an enabler, not a gatekeeper. We're founder-led, which means we live our values while maintaining a clear vision for the future. Our product enables the likes of physiotherapists, mental health counsellors, chiropractors, and other allied health practitioners to run their practices in a digital-first way through features such as online booking, charting, scheduling, telehealth, secure payments and billing along with an evolving library of features.
